Shipping policy

1. Processing Times

  • Due to all items being made to order and made to measure the turnaround time can vary depending on conversations and how busy we are, for example.
  • Before ordering, it can be a good idea to let us know if you have a deadline, event or filming schedule you need us to be aware of, it can save everyone some stress!

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We utilise DX, FedEx, UPS, DPD and Royal Mail.
  • All orders are shipped with full tracking and insurance.

  • Cosmic Workshop reserves the right to refuse to deliver to an address that may not be secure. This address could be (but is not limited to) a communal postal address, a BFPO or a PO Box. In this event, Cosmic Workshop will inform the Customer as soon as possible.

    Cosmic Workshop will not be liable to the Customer in the event that we are prevented by circumstance from delivering product that the Customer has ordered.

3. Shipping Costs

  • How shipping costs are calculated dependant on weight and size of the item.
  • International customers are subject to, and responsible for, all charges and export duties.

4. Delivery Estimates

  • Once shipped, your order should arrive within 3-8 days (International) or 48 hours (UK)
  • A note that these are estimates and not guarantees, especially for international shipping.  There are a lot of things that are out of our control!

5. Tracking Information

  • Once dispatched, you will receive all shipping information and tracking numbers.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Please refer to our returns and refund policy.

8. Address Errors

  • A reminder for customers to double-check their shipping address, as errors could lead to delays or additional costs.  Also use an email address that you frequently check in with when ordering.

9. Restrictions

  • Currently, we only ship to the UK and International, we are trying to rectify shipping issues with the EU, please bear with us!
