We Survived (and Thrived at) MCM London Comic Con – May 2025!
What. A. Weekend.
We’ve just returned from the whirlwind that was MCM London Comic Con and honestly, we’re still buzzing! Thank you to every single one of you who swung by our booth, joined a workshop, had a go at stamping leather, or just stopped for a chat in cosplay—your energy kept us going all weekend long.
Workshops That Wowed
Both of our traditional leather tooling workshops were completely sold out, and every single participant walked away with a handmade, tooled leather coaster they could be proud of. The creativity on display blew us away—seriously, you lot have skills! We’re especially chuffed with the feedback we received, including requests for an intermediate-level class in future. We’re already in talks with ReedPop to see how we can level up for October. Watch this space!
Introducing our classes of 2025!
Polly’s Mini Booth & Stamp Station
Polly had her very own booth this time, where curious passersby could try their hand at leather stamping. It was a smash hit! We loved watching everyone—kids, parents, cosplayers, total newbies—have a go at creating a quick keepsake.
At one point John Wick even popped over to make sure everything was above board!
Bookmarks Galore at The Hangout
Our drop-in bookmark-making sessions at The Hangout were nothing short of a storming success. Over 200 people popped in to have a go at decorating and personalising their own leather bookmarks, and the range of styles and themes was epic—from cute to creepy, fantasy to fandom.
