We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases so please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products, so that we can rectify the situation. We try to ensure that the products are the same the ones in our photographs, although sometimes differences do occur.
Items are described and photographed as accurately as possible, but please note that sizes and colours may vary slightly. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, just return it, if possible in the original packaging (with your customer order number) within 14 days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement - no questions asked.
Please note we are only able to accept items that have not been worn, altered or used. We can only replace identical products (requests for different sizes acceptable), so if you wish to order additional items it will be treated as a new order. We will only accept the return of customised items that are damaged or have different information on them to what was supplied at the time of ordering.
If the product is damaged in any way or has become broken in transit please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please return items from your local postal services. They will have to be returned at your cost unless in accordance with your legal rights. Please obtain a Post Office receipt as proof of postage. Refunds for items returned by post are credited to the original account used for payment. If the item was a gift, the refund will go back to the sender.

When you return goods, please mark your parcel as "returned goods" otherwise it may get held up at customs. This could cause your refund to be delayed.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.
